Background

Atieh Sazan Refah Pardis Company is a subsidiary of the Ayandeh Sazan Holding and is affiliated with the personnel of Bank Refah Kargaran. It was established as a private joint-stock company on August 10, 2021, with a national ID of 14010209225 and a registration ID of 581891, and it has been officially registered with the Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions Registration Office in Tehran. The approach of Atieh Sazan Refah Pardis as a pioneering organization is rooted in the belief in the interconnectedness and close relationship between architecture and construction, both of which are central to the company’s operations. Consequently, since the implementation and realization of proposed designs are often carried out by specialists within the same organization, all designs are executed with a high degree of sensitivity and precision, alongside engineering economy. Atieh Sazan Refah Pardis initiated its activities by offering a range of engineering services such as design, implementation, structural engineering, strengthening, value engineering, and optimization for residential, commercial, industrial, and hospital buildings.

Scope of activity

The scope of the company’s activities, as outlined in Article 2 of the Articles of Association, is as follows:

Section 1: Construction and execution of roads and structures, including residential buildings, hospitals, sports complexes, recreational facilities, commercial establishments, educational institutions, administrative offices, and industrial sites, either through contracting or direct execution.

Section 2: Technical supervision over the design, execution, and construction of the structures, as well as electrical and mechanical installations for the projects specified in Section 2.1.

Section 3: Provision of technical and engineering services, consultancy, preliminary studies, design and preparation of execution plans, as well as the preparation of tender documents and cost estimation.

Section 4: Completing the processes of studies, obtaining permits, and constructing buildings and structures that are partially completed, as well as renovating and strengthening old and dilapidated buildings.

Section 5: Executing ground stabilization, excavation, and reinforcing the walls of excavations.

Section 6: Participating in the execution, construction, mass production, pre-sale, and transfer of constructed units.

Section 7: Carrying out all contracting activities and contract management.

Section 8: Designing, calculating, and executing all mechanical and electrical installation projects, including heating, cooling, boiler rooms, and elevators.
