Marzdaran commercial administrative project

Located on a 300 square meter site, the Marzrdaran administrative project received its building permit for residential purposes in 2015. The project was delivered to the company in a semi-finished condition. Given the advantageous location of the project, modifications to the plans were made during the execution phase, resulting in a 60% increase in usable residential space and a change in usage from residential to commercial.

Mashhad Refah Hotel project

The Refah Hotel project in Mashhad received its construction permit in 2013, allowing for the establishment of a building covering an area of 8,768 square meters, consisting of four basement levels, a ground floor, and eight guest accommodation floors. However, due to modifications during the construction process, the municipality imposed a demolition order in 2016, which hindered any potential use of the facility. Due to the ongoing efforts and dedicated follow-up by Aayandeh Sazan Refah Pardis, this project successfully obtained its completion certificate. Mashhad Refah Hotel features a total area of 18,108 square meters, including four basement levels, a ground floor, and eleven accommodation floors. Following the completion of the hotel’s equipment in 2017, it commenced operations in early 2018.

Mollasadra commercial administrative building

This property is located on MollaSadra Street, following SheikhBahaei Street, and is positioned in one of Tehran’s most desirable commercial and administrative areas. The project covers a land area of 450 square meters, with a construction permit granted in 2019 for five basement levels intended for parking, one and a half floors for commercial use, and seven floors for office space. In 2021, the building permit was revised, leading to an expansion of the total area to 4,700 square meters.

A notable advantage of the project is the provision of parking that is roughly twice the amount required by local regulations, which is particularly significant given the parking challenges in the area. Additionally, the building’s height offers an exceptional northern view, providing a beautiful perspective of the city of Tehran.

Enghelab estate

The mentioned property spans 4,380 square meters and is situated adjacent to Enghelab Square on Southern Kargar Street. It possesses two single-page deeds, with urban development permits allowing for a 17-story building above ground designated for office use, one ground floor for commercial purposes, and eight levels of underground parking, totaling a built area of 48,445 square meters.

The location adjacent to Enghelab Square, featuring 18 floors, offers a unique opportunity for the development of prominent projects in the metropolitan area of Tehran, as there are no similar structures in the vicinity. Moreover, being close to Tehran University enhances the potential for creating facilities focused on knowledge-based firms and startup events. With these considerations in mind, the company is in the process of designing a distinguished project in collaboration with the top architects in the country.

Kish 5-star Hotel

With an area of 91 square kilometers, Kish Island is recognized as Iran’s first free trade zone and the second largest island in the Persian Gulf. As a free economic zone, Kish Island offers significant advantages for investment, while also presenting an exceptional outlook for tourism, welfare services, and ongoing development projects.

Considering the above-mentioned points, this company took action in 2019 to acquire land for the purpose of building a five-star hotel. The property, with an area of 20,000 square meters and a 100-meter frontage on Amir Kabir Boulevard, is situated in an excellent location. The execution plans for the 2nd phase have been prepared and are currently in the process of obtaining a building permit.
