- Bank Refah Channel Management
The infrastructure of the Bank Refah Channel Management system was designed and implemented in 2008 with the aim of providing integrated services to customers. This system is based on a service-oriented architecture and utilizes one of the leading enterprise service bus (ESB) frameworks. This architecture enables various primary and secondary systems, including the bank’s core system, internet banking, mobile banking, centralized currency system, bank switch, and top-up purchase system, to deliver services through a centralized infrastructure. The channel management infrastructure has significantly enhanced service delivery to customers by providing centralized authentication services, financial controls (daily and per transaction-service, and transaction reversal in case of errors), access level management through user-account-card mapping, and a variety of services presented as seemingly distinct channels while being fundamentally identical. Additionally, it offers centralized reporting and more. One of the key demands of the bank has consistently been the ability to respond to a greater number of customers through non-physical channels, the speed of service delivery in electronic services, the acceleration of service development, and the integration of systems across all levels, including data, business processes, and user interfaces.
