Accordingly, the company “Ayandeh Sazan Refah Pardis” (Private Joint Stock) was founded in 2012 with a registered capital of 35.200 million rials, fully funded by shareholders, including current employees, respected retirees, and personnel from Refah Pardis Support Services Company.

It is noteworthy that, according to the plans executed during the year 2013, the extraordinary general assembly of the company approved an increase in capital to 1,000,000,000,000 rials on August 3rd, 2013. The necessary administrative procedures and registration have been completed. Subsequently, as of March 22nd, 2021, the company’s capital amounted to 2,820 billion rials, consisting of 2,820,000,000 fully paid shares with a nominal value of 1,000 rials each. Additionally, the increase in capital from the settled claims, amounting to 1,820 billion rials, was registered with the Companies Registration Office on July 18th, 2020.

The shareholder composition of this company consists of 97% belonging to a non-profit institution, specifically the Welfare Fund of Bank Refah, while the remaining 3% is held by individual shareholders, including permanent employees, contractual staff, retirees, and personnel from the Refah Pardis Support Services Company. In the year 2021, the distributed profits for the fiscal year ending in 2020 were deposited into the accounts of the shareholders in two phases. On the date of August 16, 2021, a welfare payment was credited to the accounts of all employees, both active and retired, who are indirect shareholders of Aayandeh Sazan. The next section pertains to both current and retired employees of the Welfare Support Services Company of Pardis, who, until the end of the year 2020, remained shareholders by not selling their shares and were direct stakeholders in the Ayandeh Sazan Refah Pardis Company. Additionally, over 3,000 of these shareholders, having complete shareholder information, received their dividends on December 5th, 2021.
