  1. Supplying competent and effective service staff to Bank Refah and its affiliated companies: offering suitable administrative support services by utilizing proficient and efficient personnel in diverse roles such as catering, office tasks, operations, typing, and transcription for the bank and its service-oriented firms

Operational development aimed at increasing revenues: Given the limited operational income of the company, which primarily comes from providing human resource services to the bank and its subsidiaries, there is a need to enhance these revenues. This can be achieved by expanding the company’s operational activities within the defined scope of Article 2 of the bank’s bylaws, identifying new markets to boost service offerings, and broadening non-banking service activities.
  3. Analyzing the various services required by the bank: In order to diversify the services offered by the bank, the company intends to identify the services currently provided by external firms. This will be accomplished by assessing the needs of the bank and considering the existing personnel, with the aim of incorporating these services into its operational agenda.
  4. Company’s capital increase: The company’s capital increase is undertaken with the objective of enhancing fixed assets to reduce costs and generate higher revenue, as well as to benefit from the profits resulting from increased sales prices in the coming years.
  5. Enhancement of the human resources system: Optimizing human resources by improving skill levels, employee satisfaction, and motivation; Increasing the company’s potential by recruiting and utilizing skilled and dedicated professionals for positions associated with new business opportunities.
